Our origins
Osaka Ramen is an experience and representation of aromas and senses of real Japanese cuisine with a fusion of flavor influences from other Asian cultures. Osaka Ramen Chefs Raymond, Marissa, and Raymarc bring their Asian cultural experiences to Cuenca, Ecuador to create and offer delectable, flavorful and mouth-watering cuisine that are served at Osaka Ramen. The most popular dishes are ramen soup, teriyakis, sushi, sashimi, as well as other Japanese and Asian fusion inspired recipes.
Osaka Ramen’s secret flavor lies in the quality of its rice and ramen noodles that are handcrafted by Raymarc, as well as the careful selection of imported ingredients that give life to the Osaka Ramen taste.
The mouth-watering ramen soups are served in large porcelain bowls, each accompanied by its porcelain spoon and chopsticks. Shrimp, salmon, pork, beef tenderloin, chicken, tofu; are some of the main ingredients in the various dishes. If you are vegan or vegetarian, Osaka Ramen has delicious options as well, including vegetarian ramen, teriyaki dishes and sushi. The desserts include Japanese Purin as well as other selections for anyone with a sweet tooth. Your meal can also be accompanied with Japanese sake, wine or even some European beers.
